The Executive Board of TPSF is headed by the President, who is elected on a plurality. Under them/her/him, are various Committees established by Constitution. Other committees may also be created upon the President's directive, but subject to the approval of the Policy Board.
In the Executive Board, only the position of the President is elective. The rest are appointive. The power to appoint the committee head, assistant heads, and staffers belong to the President.
The Office of the Vice President is constitutionally established as an independent body from the Executive Board. This office is under the exclusive appointive power of the Vice President, who is also elected by members at large. The OVP, however, may collaborate with the Executive Board in projects and advocacies. Similarly to the Executive Board, all appointees are subject to confirmation by the Policy Board.
