The Policy Board is the legislative-governing body of The Political Science Forum. Each year level shall be represented by two elected candidates who meet the criteria of the 2021 Constitution and shall serve in different committees designated to them. As the representing body of the Forum's membership, it is entitled to publicize stands and statements of the Forum. The Policy Board shall be headed by an elected Chairperson who will serve as the speaker and presiding officer of the said office.
All vacant positions are up for elections on TPSF's special elections. Likewise, all Policy Board positions are open for application.

I. Oversee all matters directly and principally relating to the budget and expenditures of The Political Science Forum, including the payment of membership dues;
II. Facilitate the creation, classification, or abolition of positions within The Political Science Forum;
III. Attend to all matters directly and principally relating to the coordination with the development planning of the Executive Board, and;
IV. Conduct legislative action by reviewing the execution and effectiveness of policies and measures, and the corresponding implementing rules and regulations thereof.
REGULATION
I. Oversee all matters relating to the Rules of the Policy Board, Rules of Procedure governing inquiries in aid of legislation and Rules of Procedure in impeachment proceedings;
II. Manage the Order of Business and Calendar of Business, and;
III. Conduct the Referral of resolutions, speeches, committee reports, messages, memorials and petitions.
PUBLIC AFFAIRS AND ADVOCACIES
I. Oversee all matters directly and principally relating to the production and dissemination of information to the members of The Political Science Forum;
II. Conduct all matters directly and principally relating to the research necessary for the undertakings of the Policy Board, and;
III. Propose, plan, implement and promote advocacies for The Political Science Forum through stands, statements, or such other public information materials with the coordination of its concerned offices and instrumentalities
STUDENTS’ RIGHTS AND WELFARE
I. Administer to all matters directly and principally relating to the duties, conduct, rights, dignity, integrity, and reputation of the Policy Board and the constituents of The Political Science Forum, and;
II. Ensure the respect and protection of the students’ interests, rights and welfare.
